Elder Earl G. Scott, Jr. comes from a rich lineage of preachers, following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, grandfather, and father. Born in Jacksonville, Florida, he later moved with his family to Atlantic City, New Jersey, where he was educated in the public school system.

During his school years, Earl discovered a talent for auto mechanics, which led to his first career as a technician. His passion and skill quickly propelled him to the role of supervisor, and he served as a lead service technician for Buick, Cadillac, and Nissan.

Yearning for more, Earl pursued higher education, enrolling at Camden County College to study computer programming. His spiritual hunger soon led him to the Garden State Bible School, where he excelled in his studies. After completing programs at both institutions, he continued to feel a greater call and returned to school to study business administration, ultimately earning an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Earl is now advancing his education further by pursuing a doctorate at Trinity Theological Seminary.

These academic achievements were accomplished while managing the demands of a full-time job, pastoring churches that often required long-distance travel, and raising a family.

Earl’s greatest calling came when he was led to preach the Word of God. Answering this call, he began his pastoral journey, serving on the Pennsylvania District, the Long Island District in New York, and then returning to Pennsylvania before once again serving in New York. He is currently the pastor of Mt. Olive FBH Church and the Ruling Elder of the New York/Long Island District.

Elder Scott is a devoted husband, father of four, and grandfather. Above all, he is a born-again child of the Most High God. Deeply rooted in the Word of God, he strives to apply scripture to his daily life. His ultimate goal and passion are to fulfill every assignment given by God, returning to Him an empty platter, having completed his divine purpose.
